THE MIDDLE FINGER, SHOWN TO TENNIS OFFICIALS-OR OFFICIALS IN ANY SPORT-IS UNSPORTSMANLIKE AND SHOULD RESULT IN BANNING THE PERSON WHO RESORTS TO THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM TENNIS FOR GOOD EVEN ON THE FIRST OFFENSE!WHY?BECAUSE THERE MUST BE A PUNISHMENT THAT ACTS AS A DETERRENT FOR THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR!

That was tough encounter for a qualy, he shouldn’t be disappointed. We just need to be patient… and trust his coach will lead him well.. his talent is a top ten quality by far.

I completely agree with Storos.

It’s an ugly and totally uncool gesture. Mc Enroe’s type of behavior in tennis belong to the past.

If he is a future Federer, better try behave like him

“…Grigor Dimitrov could enter the qualification draw of the 4th Grand Slam tournament of the year US Open based on his ranking and not using a wild card…”

Did he enter qualification based on ranking or he was granted a wild card ???

I’m sure that wasn’t for nothing, but I hope he gives up such behavior.

And NEVER be proud of something like that! Try saying the truth in the eyes – no trash talk and gestures, just what you think is true – he had a bad decision, clearly supporting the other team in your opinion.

Never insult, just criticize what’s done and how it’s done. Refuse to pay respect, OK but when you insult you lose yours in others’ eyes. You may have lost a few thousand fans for a while by this!
