Dimitrov vs. Smyczek in the first round in Washington D.C.

Bulgaria’s best tennis player Grigor Dimitrov will play against the Qualifier Tim Smyczek /US/ in the first round of the Legg MasonTennis Classic in Washington, D. C, an ATP World Tour 500 event. If Dimitrov wins in the first round he will gain additional 20 points for the ATP Rank List and $7585. His oponent in the second round would be in that case tha #10 seed of the tournament Michael Llodra /France/.

Smyczek is 23 years old and #227 at the moment. He is 175 cm tall and weighs 66 kg. He has never won a tournament in his career so far and he has won a total of $233416 prize money. Smyczek and Dimitrov have not played against each other before.
