Grigor Dimitrov and Teimuraz Gabashvili won the title at the ATP Challenger in Trnava, Slovakia
-->Grigor Dimitrov and his partner Teimuraz Gabashvili /Russia/ won the semi-final match of the Challenger event in Slovakia on Saturday. They defeated Seed #1 of the tournament Sergei Bubka and Sergiy Stakhovksy /both from Ukraine/ in 99 minutes of play with a result of 6:7(12), 6:4, 10:8.
Today the Bulgarian-Russian pair won the final by defeating Lukas Rosol and Jan Minar /both from Czech Republic/ in three sets 6:4, 2:6, 10:8. This is Dimitrov’s first ATP doubles trophy and second final match in doubles at a Challenger event. For winning the final Dimitrov and Gabashvili gain 80 ATP ranking points and 1975 € each.
