Grigor Dimitrov passed to the second Round of US Open Qualifications
Grigor Dimitrov passed to the second Round of Qualifications of the last Grand Slam tournament for 2009. In the First Round he defeated #281 of ATP’s Rank List Tobias Kamke from Germany 6-3 7-5 in 87 minutes. Dimitrov made 2 aces and no doubles in this game, he allowed only one break point and won his opponent’s serve 4 times of 7 possible.
In the Second Round Dimitrov will play against Thomaz Bellucci (BRA), number one seed of the Qualifying Draw, who defeated Giancarlo Petrazzuolo (ITA) 6:2, 6:0. Last year Bellucci has reached the Second Round of US Open.
